YOGA SAVED MY LIFE
WINNERS...ARE NOT THOSE WHO NEVER FAIL BUT THOSE WHO NEVER QUIT!
I have been a Nurse ( Cardiac, Psychiatric with some experience in Hospice Nursing) and Paramedic for more than six years. Also I was Medical Training Officer for Medical First responders at Saint Johns Ambulance and HeartSafe EMS. . In my past I have been also volunteering for more than eight years with Saint John’s Ambulance as a Medical First Responder. However an unfortunate event lead to a total change of my life. Today because of all I AM THAT I AM and I HAVE GRATITUDE TO ALL LIFE.
My Medical history
In the year 2012 I had bad accident and as a result of it I am on permanent disability. I had a spine surgery in December 2014, was on the wheelchair for six months as well used the cane for another six month. I also experiencing urination problems on and off as a result of the spine complication. I had bad concussion with multiple fracture of mastoid bone. I did had occasionally psychosomatic seizures which could be triggered by the stress, sleep deprivation and other stimulus.
I have been prescribed many medications for the seizures and more medications have been prescribed to me more seizures I was experiencing.
due to the severity of the seizures my rehabilitation after the surgery was almost impossible , every time my heart rate increased, I was experiencing seizures. Not only that my seizures were increasing on daily basis and its severity , due to the contraindication of all the prescribed medications I twice had respiratory failure. After all this chaos , I have decided that I will leave the hospital and will deal with life my way.
I did have some experience with yoga from my past and I decided that I WILL NOT GIVE UP AND WILL STAND AND WALK STRONG AGAIN and IF I COULD DO IT YOU CAN DO EVEN MORE!
MAY MY PRESENCE ALWAYS LEAVE YOU ENLIGHTENED AND OUR PRACTICE BRINGS YOU ONLY AMAZING Experiences . NAMASTE
