4. BRACHMACHARYA= ABSTINENCE FROM SEXUAL INTERCOURSE WHEN NOT MARRIED, PRACTICING MONOGAMY AND NOT HAVING SEXUAL THOUGHTS ABOUT ANOTHER PERSON WHO IS NOT YOUR SPOUSE
